MDOT certified firms are required by law to annually verify their continued eligibility and participation in the MBE/DBE/SBE/ACDBE programs. Firms are required to provide documentation during the review process - which may be submitted electronically using this link - provided that separate correspondence from MDOT has been received by the firm in question. Electronic document submission requires the entry of a unique passcode provided in the annual review announcement letter or email sent to the firm.
